Design: The total genomic DNA of the samples was extracted using the CTAB/SDS method. The V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was amplified using primers 341F (5-CCTAYGGGRBGCASCAG-3) and 806R (5-GGACTACNNGGGTATCTAAT-3). After mixing and purification, the sequencing libraries were generated and then sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
